The Maine Maritime Museum is now accepting essays for the Nathan R. Lipfert (MHS '69) Maritime History Award. First place wins $500. Essays must be research-based, 1,000 words or less, on a topic of the student’s choice related to Maine’s maritime history or a current Maine maritime issue. See attachments for details and rules.
